Why the LEDNavigator-LV sometimes cannot find LEDView hardware during connection?

Firstly, please make sure the LEDView are turned on, the USB cable and dongle is connected to the PC, and the LEDView driver is installed correctly in first use. Secondly, restart the hardware LEDView and software LEDNavigator-LV. If multiple restart doesn’t work, please contact THOUSLITE or its distributors.
