Thouslite will participate in AIC 2025 Taipei, the world-renowned congress on color science organized by the International Colour Association (AIC). This year’s theme, “Color for Future”, highlights the evolving role of color in human society, scientific research, and visual experience. Recognized as one of the most authoritative and forward-looking academic platforms in the field, the AIC Congress covers interdisciplinary topics including visual science, color psychology, lighting engineering, design and art, and perception modeling, bringing together leading experts across disciplines.
At AIC 2025, Thouslite will spotlight its research-grade multi-channel spectral lighting systems, presenting two flagship technologies that empower researchers to build experimental, controllable, and repeatable visual illumination environments:
Powered by proprietary algorithms and equipped with over ten carefully selected LED channels with distinct peak wavelengths, LEDCube enables tunable spectral power distribution (SPD) to simulate virtually any lighting scenario. Key applications include lighting research, object color vision assessment, camera and sensor testing and calibration, as well as daylight simulation, human-centric lighting, medical lighting, mesopic vision, non-visual light effects, color rendering evaluation, whiteness assessment, and horticultural lighting. LEDCube can also serve as a standard lighting environment for visual color evaluation, camera calibration, and large test chart illumination in laboratories or customized spaces.
● LEDSimulator Real Lighting Environment Colour Appearance Reproduction System
Designed for “Total Appearance” communication in supply chains, LEDSimulator reproduces not only color but also texture, gloss, translucency, and other visual attributes in real time. It supports cross-material and cross-texture consistency assessments, providing designers and supply chain partners with a highly efficient, error-free, multisensory communication platform. This capability dramatically shortens sample approval cycles and reduces resource waste.
